Don’t Get Pulled Over with an Expired Inspection Sticker
The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT), in conjunction with the Minnesota State Patrol, requires under State Statute 169.781 that the following vehicles operating on the roadways in Minnesota pass an annual MnDOT inspection by a certified inspector:
- A vehicle, or a combination of vehicles, with a gross weight of over 26,000 lbs.
- Any vehicle, regardless of size, that transports a quantity of hazardous materials requiring that vehicle to display a placard.
As a certified MnDOT inspection site, Clark’s Garage in Walker can inspect your vehicle and get you back on the road with your new compliance sticker. We certainly don’t want our driver friends, especially those that operate heavy-duty trucks, to get pulled over in violation of this important MnDOT safety requirement.
Clark’s MnDOT Inspections Include the Following:
- Brakes/Brake System
- Exhaust & Fuel Systems
- Steering and Suspension Components
- Lighting System
- Coupling Devices & Load Securement
- Rear Vision Mirrors
- Frame & Cross Frame
- And More
If our ASE-certified technicians identify any non-compliance mechanical or electrical issues, we can expertly repair them and get you back on the road quickly and safely. Covered farm vehicles are not required to get annual MnDOT inspections, but Clark’s Garage would be happy to inspect your farm equipment for necessary repairs, as well.
